Pantex Roofing recognised with HIA Customer Service Award

Narangba 4th November, 2017: Local  manufacturing business, Pantex Roofing Systems has been awarded first place in the Customer Service Award category in the Housing Industry Association’s 45th Annual HIA-CSR Queensland Housing Awards (HIA Awards 2017).  The criteria for the Award included key areas of Pantex Roofing System’s operational standards including; Customer Service Policy, Communication, Research & Development, Customer Service Levels and Customer Satisfaction. This industry recognition consolidates their  commitment to the high service standards Pantex Roofing Systems is offering their customers.

Operating from a purpose-built facility in Narangba on the north side of Brisbane, HIA-Queenslant-region-awardPantex Roofing Systems has invested strongly in the manufacturing sector in South-east Queensland. The company now services the region with daily deliveries to the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich and the Sunshine Coast.  

Pantex Roofing was established in 1985 and was originally located on the Redcliffe Peninsula, roll-forming products for garage manufacturers. Meeting local demand, today Pantex Roofing Systems specialises in the supply of roofing products, particularly roll-formed COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel roof and wall cladding, insulated panelling, fascia, guttering and flashings as well as TRUECORE® roof battens and other roof construction accessories.

“Our customers include professional roofing contractors who service the major new home builders as well as re-roofing contractors and domestic and commercial builders”, said Scott Morcombe, Business Manager at Pantex Roofing Systems.
