Important Dates:
The giveaway period will run from 1st April 2025 with entries closing at 5:00PM (AEST) 30th April 2025.
The winners will be selected through a random draw and announced on 7th May 2025, via social media and email.
Prizes will be available for collection or sent to the winners within 30 days of the announcement.
Eligibility:
This giveaway is open to all Pantex Roofing Systems account and cash sale customers. To be eligible, a valid email address is required, and only accounts in good standing will be considered.
Only orders placed between 1st April and 30th April, 2025, are eligible for the giveaway, regardless of the delivery date. Orders must be received by 5:00 PM AEST on 30th April to qualify.
Pantex Group employees and former employees are excluded from this giveaway. Entries are associated with the customer account name and are not applicable to individual employees or representatives within the company.

- Competition Organiser
The giveaway competition (“Competition”) is conducted by Pantex Roofing Systems Pty Ltd (“Promoter”), ABN 32 010 563 470, located at 16 Magnesium Street, Narangba, QLD, 4504. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. - Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase eligible products during the Competition Period.
2.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. - Competition Period
3.1 The Competition commences at 12:00 AM AEST on 1st April 2025 and closes at 5:00 PM AEST on 30th April 2025 (“Competition Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted. - Entry Requirements
4.1 To enter, participants must purchase an eligible product from Pantex Roofing Systems during the Competition Period.
4.2 Each eligible product purchased grants one (1) automatic entry into the Competition.
4.3 Incomplete, fraudulent, or tampered entries will be deemed invalid. - Prize and Winner Selection
5.1 The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries using a computer-generated selection process.
5.2 The draw will take place at 16 Magnesium Street, Narangba, QLD, 4504 on 7th May 2025 by 5:00PM AEST.
5.3 The winner will be notified via email and announced on the Promoter’s social media pages within 2 business days of the draw. - Prize Conditions
6.1 The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
6.2 If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days of notification, a redraw will occur on 7th June 2025 at the same location and time. - Liability and Indemnity
7.1 The Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participating in the Competition or using the prize.
